Pam Hargis

Pam Hargis is a business-performance specialist, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate strategic planning, sales leadership with proven results, process development leading high-profile, high-risk international projects, and managing large teams with direct and indirect accountability. She excels at developing production and operational efficiencies and strategies that maximize profitability and productivity. Her expertise includes leading, training, and holding business owners and leaders accountable to achieve sales and service targets.

In her former role, in addition to managing mergers, sales strategies, and national sales teams, she successfully led teams of technology and business leaders to build and deploy a $500MM sales and service platform - the largest technology change in the organization’s history. At the same time, Hargis was known for mentoring leaders across multiple lines of business to develop leadership capabilities and skills and improve productivity which positively impacted personal relationships at home.

Pam joined FocalPoint International after a successful 36-year career as a Bank of America executive. Her current success as a Business Coach includes helping business owners, professionals, employees, and even high school students learn, grow, and execute proven business success tactics that produce immediate results! Heavily involved in the local community, she is an active leader for Florida4Warriors, IDignity Volusia, on the Business Advisory Council for Crooms Academy, belongs to several Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Councils and other networking groups. Both Florida natives, Pam and her high school sweetheart, Jim, a retired Army Sergeant Major, have been married 40 years and have two grown children. A true model of work hard- play hard, and work/life balance, she decompresses from a hard work week relaxing on the boat or motorcycle, working in the yard, creating something, or reading suspense novels.
